The 2012 Sap Run Fiddle Camp will meet from July 9 - 13.  The information below is from last year.  Updated information will be coming soon, but the details will be much the same...

Sap Run Fiddle Camp is for beginning and early intermediate level fiddlers entering first through sixth grade.  It meets from 9 - 12 am from Monday, July 11, 2011 - Friday, July 15, 2011.  Campers learn to play traditional fiddle tunes by ear, sing songs, participate in an art project, enjoy a snack and playground break, and have a lot of fun doing it under the instruction of Sarah Hotchkiss and John Mowad of Woodbury Strings.  The camp takes place at Trinity United Church in Downtown Montpelier.  We have been holding this camp at the same time of year for several years and have limited spaces so it is best to sign up early.  The camp costs $150 and has between 7 - 15 campers for an intimate and memorable experience.
