Comments from teachers and parents about the Sap Run Youth Fiddle Series:

"This is a terrifically worthwhile opportunity for budding fiddle players to learn new music from some of the best teachers around, to do it in a appropriately informal, relaxed fun atmosphere and to meet other kids who are sparked by a living breathing 'people's art form' which is such a historic AND up-to-date-and-growing part of our local culture."  --Pete Sutherland [Instructor]

"The SRF workshops have been great for my son.  The wide variety of traditional fiddle styles has given Tom a chance to explore his musical interests.  Our entire family has benefited from the workshop series as well as the Vermont Fiddle Orchestra concerts.  Highly Recommended!"  ~Paige [Parent]

"Ellie has really enjoyed learning new tunes from a variety of instructors. All of the musicians teaching the Sap Run Fiddlers workshops are top-notch, sharing their own unique styles of fiddling." – Libby [Parent]
